Art and Forge is a Norfolk, Virginia-based luxury hardware brand specializing in handcrafted brass and bronze knobs, pulls, and accessories. Inspired by historical design and timeless craftsmanship, we serve interior designers and design-forward homeowners nationwide.

We’re looking for a highly organized Part-Time Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, is familiar with e-commerce systems, and enjoys being part of a growing creative business.

Downtown Norfolk, VA (On-site)

15–25 hours/week | Flexible Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and shipping logistics
• Receive, inspect, and stock inventory
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
• Manage inventory in Shopify and conduct regular audits
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments (UPS, DHL, etc.)
• Support basic customer service needs (order tracking, returns)
• Assist with additional operational projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years experience with Shopify and e-commerce logistics
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time and work independently
• Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting boxes up to 30 lbs)
• Clear communicator with a proactive mindset
